Chapter 1091 Did You Change My Clothes for Me?
At Alec's villa, he stood on the balcony and lit a cigarette. He wasn't a frequent smoker,
but he was too distressed at the moment, and smoking seemed to be the only thing that
could make him feel a little better.
Looking at Jenny, who had already fallen asleep on the big bed in the bedroom, he sighed
and extinguished the cigarette in his hand. Sitting on the edge of the bed, he couldn't help
but reach out and stroke her cheek as she slept. "Jenny, are you really going to agree to
go abroad with Evan?"
If she made that decision, it would be clear that she was giving up on their relationship.
Receiving no response, Alec withdrew his hand. Fortunately, he had collected evidence,
and once Jenny knew the truth, she wouldn't be deceived by Evan.
That night, Jenny slept well, perhaps because she was drunk. Alec, on the other hand,
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇthardly slept a wink. He was afraid, terrified of what was about to happen.
Meanwhile, Evan didn't sleep well that night in the hospital either. Jenny didn't come to
take care of him like she did yesterday, and he knew it was because he had brought up
going abroad. Knowing that she was having a hard time making a decision, he didn't call
to ask as he could only wait for her to make up her mind.
As sunlight filled the bedroom, Jenny opened her eyes and rubbed it.
Taking in the unfamiliar room, she didn't react for a while. It was then that Alec walked in
and saw that she had already sat up in bed, and walked straight over. "You're up? Do you
feel discomfort anywhere?"
After all, she drank a lot the night before. It was very likely that she would wake up with a
hangover.
"No," Jenny answered, shaking her head. "How did I end up here with you?"
"Last night, you got drunk, and Stephanie asked me to send you back."
He couldn't possibly send Jenny to Evan's villa, so he naturally brought her back to his own
home.
"Oh."
Jenny silently grumbled to herself over the fact that Stephanie didn't send Jenny back
when she was drunk but called Alec over instead.
"Get up. Breakfast is ready," Alec said. "Your clothes are in the closet."
"Okay." When Jenny got up from the bed, she realized she was wearing pajamas.
Looking at Alec in horror, she asked, Did you change my clothes for me?"
"Mhmm, do you plan on sleeping in clothes that smell like alcohol?" He couldn't bear to
see it, so he changed Jenny's clothes for her.
Jenny’s cheeks turned red, and she glared at him. "Still, you shouldn't have changed my
clothes for me."
"Why are you so shy? I've already seen it all." Alec raised his eyebrows and reminded her

It embarrassed Jenny even more. "Get out. I need to change my clothes."
That intimate exchange happened because she had acted on impulse, but she didn't
regret it. Smiling, Alec kept quiet and left, although he enjoyed how shy and bashful Jenny
was.
After he left the room, Jenny opened the wardrobe to discover that it was filled with all
sorts of women's clothing, all of which were new and still had their tags on. For some
reason, a warm feeling welled up inside her.
She knew that Alec prepared all of it. While he didn't appear that way, he was the most
meticulous and thoughtful person she had ever known.
However, Jenny's smile quickly faded at the thought of Evan's request. How should she tell
Alec about it? If he found out, he would go crazy, wouldn't he?
